Jade was everything we could have hoped for and more! She guided us every step of the way. She took the time to really get to know us, helped us through our questionnaires, checked in with phone calls and meetings, and made sure we felt completely supported the whole way through.
On the day, she absolutely nailed it. Our guests were in tears one minute and laughing the next.
We were both a little nervous and but knowing Jade would be up there with us put us at ease - because throughout the whole process she knew exactly when to hype us up, when to pep talk us and when to calm our nervous.
